This training method is perfect before or after an intensive seminar day, as it helps to mobilize, strengthen and stretch the whole body. The movements are soothing and refreshing.
The lessons can be individually arranged from relaxing to strenuous. How about at 6 a.m. in the fresh mountain air, for example? Or after the seminar or before the aperitif?

2-HOUR ROUND TRIP
The "Grosse Welt" is one of the classics in Schwarzenberg and offers a "time-out with a view". On the circular trail, which takes a good 2 hours, you can enjoy the impressive view far out into the Mittelland and, depending on the weather, even as far as the neighboring Entelbuch. The circular walk is not technically demanding and can be ideally combined as a reflection and exchange part of a seminar.
On request, this hike can be accompanied by a hiking guide and can be combined with a Matt aperitif at any time.

SLACK-LINE WORKSHOP
"Above the rooftops of Schwarzenberg"
After an intensive day of seminars, this event is perfect. In fine weather in the dolphin garden, in rainy weather in the mat lounge, the slackline artists demonstrate some tricks and balance exercises. Courage, enthusiasm and coordination are combined. Of course, there will also be one or two show interludes from Samuel or his coaches.

FENCING IN THE MATT LOUNGE
Meet each other on a new level and experience an insight into the fascinating sport of fencing.
For centuries, fencing was either a way to defend oneself or to compete. In ancient China, fencing was taught by fencing masters. Fencing was already part of the program at the first Olympic Games in Athens in 1896. However, it was necessary to wait until 1906 for rules to be drawn up for fencing. Sport fencing already existed in Switzerland around 1818 in Zurich. The first club, the "Haudegen", was founded in Zurich in 1825. From then on, a number of cities and cantons experienced the blossoming of clubs: Geneva (1862), Ticino (1866), Basel (1877), La-Chaux-de-Fonds (1883) and Lucerne (1946).

EVENTS @ SCHWARZENBERG GPS SCAVENGER HUNT
- the team challenge
Various skills are required here! The whole course is a mixture of geocaching, Foxtrail and escape room elements. Your team splits into groups and is equipped with a GPS device, manual and other aids. On their way through the village of Schwarzenberg, the groups have to track down various hiding places and find things in order to reach their destination. At certain posts, the whole team has to work hard to reach the desired letter. One post consists of crossbow or archery. At this station, the participants only receive the next letter from the guide after reaching a certain number of points. The fastest get the biggest treasure.

ARCHERY & CROSSBOW SHOOTING
Before it's time to "fire away", there are instructions and safety instructions.
First, the big targets are shot at with the bow and arrow. There are always several practice shots at the beginning and then the competition. After that, the target becomes very small for crossbow shooting. In most cases, the good crossbow shooters are not the same as those in archery. Because it requires completely different shooting skills. Concentration and a steady hand are the key to winning this championship in both disciplines. Ranking ceremony for the best shooter and farewell by the activeteam.

The "Small World" circular trail offers a 60-minute break for reflection. Ideal after an intensive seminar day.
