Reception
Our reception is open daily from 7:00 a.m. and is at your disposal for all questions and requests.

Breakfast
Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet daily from 7:00 to 10:00 am.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: Possible from 15:00, latest check-in at 20:00*.
Check-Out: Until 10:00 am. Late check-out possible until 14:00 for a fee of CHF 20.00 (subject to availability, please enquire before arrival).

Late check-in
For arrivals after 20:00, please contact us in advance by telephone(041 499 70 99) or by e-mail(info@bzmatt.ch).

We accept cash payments in Swiss francs as well as Maestro/EC, Postcard, Mastercard, Visa and Reka Checks

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Postal service
Stamps, postcards and the possibility to hand in mail at the reception.

Flower service
We can order flowers for you on request - just contact us.

Hygiene articles & other utensils
Hygiene articles, shoe shine kit, sewing kit, laundry service, additional blankets, adapters or chargers are available subject to availability and for a fee.

Parking
Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel.
